Returns Policy

Items shipped from BellaBella4u.com can be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession. The product is not different from what was shipped to you. The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories) After the courier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return including Marketplace Seller returns. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement. We reserve the right to collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement.

Items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock following a replacement request, a refund may be issued.

Clothing

• These items are eligible for return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you can also opt for a free replacement (if available).
• Please keep the item in its original condition (new & unworn), with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement.
• Items like Women Underwear, Lingerie set, Socks & hosiery are not returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, you can contact us for a resolution.

Shipping

Exact shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight, volume of all the items in the cart and distenation City.

Some Orders are eligible for free shipping according to announced conditions.
